Job Title: Investment Banking Associate

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have extensive M&A reps and will preferably be an analyst-to-associate promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, pitch books, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct industry research and analysis to support transaction strategies.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Support the team in various aspects of deal origination and execution
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on M&A.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Analyst-to-associate promotion is highly desirable.
